Easy to sew takes no time at all. Perfect for work, or can be teamed up nicely with a pair of skinny jeans and heels.I used a black oriental style cotton material from the bargain bin at the local fabric store for £4.00 .
The pattern recommends about 3 yrds of material you don’t need any where near this much.

I like this pattern with or without the cap sleeves. Nice choice of fabric. I agree 3 yards does seem a lot of fabric, maybe that’s for the dress length version.
