I made these pants by following the tutorial on
http://laupre.wordpress.com/2008/06/29/easy-breezy-wrap-pants-tutorial/
I made the ties with the same fabric as rhe rest. And the rectangels of fabric the pants are made of are only wide enogh to wrap one time around me, with no overlap.
In the shop I bought it they said it was silk. Inside it shimmering, outside not.

Huch.. verrückte Technik. Hab noch nicht ganz verstanden, wie das funktioniert, aber die Hose sieht toll aus!

These look really elegant. I’ve always thought this style of pants has looked cool and comfortable, but I’ve never seen a pair that was so chic. The color combination is great, too.

You did a beautiful job on these pants. They almost look like evening wear, and they fit the name “breezy.” Thanks for sharing.
