As part of Sew Skirts September celebration on my blog, i am sharing posts on skirts and their styles, wherein basic skirt, cowl skirt , circle bustle skirt and their respective tutorials are already on board, the latest to join the list is Panel skirt, this skirt was made using 4 panels, but the formula can be twisted to make it as 6/8/12 panel skirts
