I based this dress on this picture I found on Google images: http://cloud.faout.com/S/201202/goods-img/1328830308267-P-226495.jpg . I used a Vogue pattern to base the bodice and sleeves on (opening up the neckline and making it more fitting), and the skirt pieces I measured and estimated, from my own body and by how much lace had (with some of my mom’s help).
The skirt for the lining is an A line skirt, with two pleats in the front and two in the back (for fullness). And the lace skirt is a tiered gathered skirt.
I used a Rayon, cotton lace from my mom’s stash, and a polyester purple fabric for the lining.
