To make a new dress every Easter was my intention many years. At last this year I decided not to postpone and yet establish this tradition for me:-) So here it is. A simple dress made from the fabric with bright flower print.
I chose this pattern at once when saw it in the magazine and the fabric was bought purposely about the same time. The dress is comfortable, the cut-out is exactly what I want and I like the design of the sleeves very much: they look vintage and create a nice line of the decollete.
I’d rather decrease the dress a little in the waist to get better fitting: after making top-stitches along the joining seam it stretched a little, but I think to make and use a thin belt would be good enough to correct this tiny defect:-)
The results are in! Check out our winning submission.
