Burda Style For people who sew

This is a project for a hair show themed on one of the elements and we chose earth. i have drawn the dress and then realized i could modify the nora pattern to suit my needs and half making time so i went to work. I will post materials notes progress notes, concepts, lists, drawings, paintings and finished products over the next week or so. Plus photos from the night the port folio the hair on the night. Provided it will let me upload that much stuff that is.

Material Notes

lining, undyed, cream coloured. $3.50 a metre. 7 metres
chocolate brown, three metres, 4 dollars a metre
gold predyed linen 1.5 metres 6 dollars for the lot
sequins pre stitched one metre,. 16:95 per metre
lining calico undyed 4 metres, thre bucks fifty a metre

we also needed and got four fabric dye colour variations for the outer garment, fabric glue, craft stuff, bark, elsatics, were incorperating henna designs and accessories. were hand dying everything. we needed lots of fabric and were assembling the pattern tomorow. the dress is going to have natural elements incorperated into it.
