This handmade dress was made for a school project. We were asked to make something using polyester heat techniques like pleating, embossing, and folding. Polyester reacts very well to heat, when heated with an iron or heat box it forms to how ever you manipulate it. Using various objects like tin foil or string you can create different patterns in the fabric.
