i had left-over fabric from the lining for the talea coat. i used it to make the dress zoe. like pinkhibiscus i must add under bust darts, cause it doesn´t fit. i´m not really happy with the result. has somebody any ideas to spice this dress up?

thank you all so much for your nice comments and suggestions!!! for now i will let this dress as it is now, and spice it up with accessoires when wearing it. @Ale.b: the reason for not posting creations for a while is, that i´m still working on presents for birthdays and christmas. and i don´t want that this persons can see it before. there will be come many creations in end of december ;) — diana

It fits you very well. I especially love the ribbon around the hips. I think it looks great just like it is.

I loved the idea in the link in AverageJaneCrafter’s blog… adding some shapes in contrasting fabic, made of felt. I think it might be exactly what would work perfectly on this dress. But, of course, it’s all up to you. :-) It looks beautiful as it is.

Lookin’ cute as always fashion1! Added spice, added spice… I think it’s actually pretty good as is, I like your contrast-colour belt, um, maybe a spotty belt?

I was wondering what you were doing, as you haven’t posted a creation in a while, I was kind of worried!!! I think I will make one too as soon as I’ll find the right fabric. About yours, maybe you could lower the neck and make it wider around the neck, also could turn it into a deep V neck to match the reverse V of the pleat on the skirt. But I also like it just like it is

It’s funny that there are so many zoe’s at the moment because i started my zoe yesterday! actually i like you’re dress the way it is. looks nice with the turtleneck, the tight and the ribbon in black!
