I created this dress from a Built by Wendy dress pattern. It is made from vintage material that I bought at a thrift store. I created a belt and added faux button closures to the neckline. On the sleeves, I added an extra layer of laced fabric. I made this dress over a year ago and finally am putting it on Burdastyle. I just posted a similar dress that I made for my sister as well under Sound of Music Dress.

Thanks! I found the two fabrics at a thrift store. I think that whoever dropped them off was planning on combining them. This gave me the idea to try it out with the sleeves.

This is beautiful! Working the two fabrics together along the raglan sleeves is a really great look.
