This is a very simple two piece dropped shouder dress that can be worn with a blouse or jumper underneath. I have pulled it in with a high sash to add some shape. it also looks good with a wide leather belt. I don’t think it’s too bad for $3.50 – even if I only wear it a few times I certainly will have had my money’s worth!
