First you have to make a papertape form of yourself, there is plenty of instructions available for that. These can be quite lumpy and the shape and measurements aren’t exact. But the inside looks usually perfect!
Then you use that form as a mould for the final dressform. The original won’t get ruined even if you fail this the first time. But dont worry, this should be quite simple.

if you just google: paper tape dress form, you will find loads of tutorials. You will also need a very patient friend to help you with taping.
