This is one of the first dresses that I have designed and created. I created this dress based off of a vintage dress that fit me well. I created a pattern based off of the skirt part and then used part of a pattern for the top. I added ruffles in the top and also added piping and ruffles to the bottom. The back of the dress has a small tail. I added decorative stitches and then made a little ruffle detail. It was a lot of work but I learned a lot.
