A dress that looks like a floral explosion. I used a pattern of Burda magazine May/2001, really it’s the pattern of a top, but I reached it to the height of a dress, then I made sure that the hip circumference was appropriate for me. I did this because I was looking for ways to make a simple dress without many breaks in the pattern to keep intact the huge flowers. I call this dress “dress of happiness” because when I use it, people smile me on the street. Yeah! this dress has magical powers ….
And, of course, I painted my tights with the same drawing of flowers as the print dress …
1.50 meters of cotton flowers, 0.25 meters of white cotton, invisible zipper.

So much fun! You make me think of Peggy from Mad Men, but then on an extravagant day (her clothes are too conservative :)) But, how did you paint on tights?

What a great dress! I like the fabric and also your shoes with it! I also think that it was a good idea to use a pattern with not so many seamlines!
