I just got home from an awesome draping class at DAAP. Most of the class was spent learning how to make a sloper/block by draping on a dressform, but for the last 30-45 minutes we got to play and do whatever we wanted! So, this is what I had fun with :) It’s a little hard to see how the back works, because the sloper is underneath half of it. Basically, it comes to a bit of a “v” on the right side… look close. Just for fun :) I’m hoping to someday sew some version of this up! I’ll have to figure out to what I should attach the shoulder. Obviously, this is not sewn in any way and it’s definitely not perfect since I didn’t have the time to even press my fabric!

Draping is super fun! This design would certainly look great in a nice fashion fabric! Great job!
