Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Very relaxing long drapey tank. From a Japanese sewing book “Drape Drape”, again. I chose silk-touch cotton jersey, just $6/yd. It was a little annoying to hem neck and arm side with this spandex fabric, but the pattern was really simple.

Thank you, all! I didn’t know there is English version. Thanks for your info, candyjoyce! Here is the link. I checked out vol.1 and 2 from a library, and traced some patterns. Tracing patterns was SO annoying, because original is layered with many different patterns in a limited space. But once you get the pattern, the technique is really simple. Especially, this tank’s pattern is only one piece!

Do you know there is now an English Language version? I got the Japanese one for my birthday last year and just couldn’t fathom it, just ordered myself the English language version and although it could still be a bit tricky I think it should be manageable.
