This is the 2nd piece I made out of the “drape drape 2” book. The fabric is modal jersey. It is very soft and has very nice drape. I purchased it from Hong Kong several years ago with very good price. The collar trim also purchased in Hong Kong.
This material is not that easy to sew cos it is really light and stretchy. The trim around the armhole is a bit challenging. I found that the binder attachment really helps when sewing the binding around the collar.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
