Description

A t-shirt from a pattern in last June’s Burda magazine— slightly modified because the pleats looked way better when I stitched them down. I also added the sleeve binding because I forgot to add a hem allowance!

Material Notes

organic cotton jersey

I love this shirt! The pleats, the waist band, the raglan type sleeves, the colour – everything!

Thank you! I do think it’s a really interesting design— I wish I could take credit for that, but it’s all Burda magazine. ;-)

Thank you! The original pattern design called for leaving the pleats open to give it a softer look, but I just really didn’t like the way it looked on me at all! It was too fun a design element to pass up completely, though.

Thank you! I definitely jumped all over this fabric due to the color…just took me awhile to figure out what it should become!
