Awesome fabric + awesome skirt design = awesome skirt! That is what I think about this skirt. I wanted a fun skirt to wear this holiday season, and I made it look so yummy.
I used our Straight Skirt pattern that had wrap around panels that acted as the side seams. I used this fun doughnut printed cotton, and paneled it with a maroon crepe and pink metallic lam. The skirt was a really easy sew and only took me one afternoon!
This skirt was used for my November Mash Up, so be sure to check out the post to see my sewing process and how you can make one too.
Here I have it styled with a simple silk tank and heels, but I would also wear it with some colored tights and a blazer for a more season appropriate look.
