I wanted a large bag for picnics (with a matching tablecloth), and the Charlie seemed to fi the bill. I was delighted when I discovered I could also sew a pouch!
I deciced to extend the straps and to make some extra finishing : if you look closely at the straps, you’ll notice I used a matching gingham bias tape of the same color, but in a different scale (you can also see the matching tape when the bag is folded in the pouch).
Maybe it’s because of the extra care, but I’ve been carying it around everywhere ever since!
