Reversible stole made from the same faux shearling as my new pillbox hat. I almost went for Burda Style 12/2011 #117. But because my fabric is double-sided, I couldn’t as the shaping dart won’t be hidden. So I ended up with a simple curved rectangle based on an old So-En fake fur stole pattern. (So-En used to be a Japanese pattern magazine. Sadly it’s now only a fashion magazine.)
The fur side is finished. The suede side I’m still stewing on – I haven’t quite figured out how to wear this side yet, so it may yet evolve.
