I really like this pattern from Burdastyle issue 6/2013 #120. Very simple dress to make, comfortable and a classic silhouette. I picked a cotton shirting type of cotton that has a bit of spandex to it. Plus it’s not sheer so no need for a slip underneath.
When I finished it I forgot to include the pockets. But I left them off just because I like it the way it was. I know this is a pattern that will be used again!
1.5 yards of cotton, 9 buttons, interfacing.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
