Bodice is silk crepe lined with silk organza for stability. I added black silk charmeuse binding to the ruffle so it wouldn’t be so lost in the print. Finished the neckline and armholes with bias binding, lapped zip closure in back.
Bodice: silk crepe & silk organza
Skirt: Rayon woven

what a great dress! It fits you really well. I’m hoping to do a two-fer mod as well – what kind of yardage did you use for the bodice and for the skirt?

i absolutely love it! the green and black work so well with each other, and the lining on the ruffle just adds that little extra. in my head i’ve had plans for a future coffee date dress with a plain skirt and decorative bodice >> one day :) well done! it really suits you.
