This is why I love summer clothes so much: the bright colors!
Personally, my most successful project of this year.
It’s another example of the cap sleeve dress.
Gathering the skirt was a pretty bad idea: the structure and thickness of the fabric made me look quiet bulky :) So I had to go for pleats instead.
I added an extra dart in the bodice because of the gaping neckline and the bodice also had to be shortened.
Oh yes, I already had pink shoes that went quiet well with this dress, however, I found these ones having exactly the same color as the lightest dot of the fabric. Woohoow!
