Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This dress was made with both recycled and new materials. The polka dot skirt portion was a vintage skirt. I created and attached the strapless bodice portion. It is fully lined, with elastic at the top, on the inside under the ruffle, to ensure the dress stays in place.
