Description

This is from a Simplicity pattern. Shawl collar, shaped midriff band, peplum, cap sleeves, and covered buttons. I used one size for the top and another for the midriff and peplum. This ended up working out very well for me fit-wise.

Material Notes

Quilting cotton, covered buttons made from kit.

This looks very pretty, what pattern did you use? I’d love to make it into a dress

Thanks! I used Simplicity 2601, and I made view E. It comes with sleeve variations, in case another sleeve style suits you. When I looked this up on Pattern Review before making it, I’m pretty sure I saw that someone had made it into a dress, and it looked great. Have fun!
