As I am in a mood to lessen my fabric stash, I thought about what to do with this smaller pieces of remaining fabrics. That is why I gave it a try being a hat-maker! ;)
The color (reminding me of hospital clothings) was not my preferred choice. Nevertheless, I really like the outcome. The pattern is based on a hat of my friend. It turned out a little big, so I added some laces at the back which can be tied as a bow. To get rid of the hospital look I also added a flower lace at the front side. Making a hat was far easier than I thought. Maybe I will try a smaller version soon.
