Description
That was a very challenging construction that I modified in number of areas. I described all deviations from the instructions in the attached tutorial.
It is two piece dress that can be worn separately as a skirt and a top.
Material Notes
You need a very thin and high stretch jersey that does not fray easily. I use some mix (rayon+ poly+ lycra?)

It takes a lot of time to load this website and it creates a headache for me. I wanted to buy iphone controlled drone, but it takes a lot of time so I’m thinking to let it go. You should work on this and make it good.

It is amazing how you have shared the tutorial this once as well. It just makes working with it so much easier! Since I write my essay online, I am in habit of making work easy so that is just it.

Excellent!
Couple of more comments. Fabric I used had more stretch then minimum required – I cut size 8 instead of 12 I would normally choose. The garment has to be very tight for gathers to “hug” your figure properly.

also for good advise.
I finished neck differently too – attached the edge to inside neck line with zig-zag.

Pin or baste a piece of paper with a number on each right (or wrong) piece. This will help in assembly.. At step 9 make sure your gather the seam that is longer.
Once you pinned piece #1 to the armhole – put the garment on the dress form and try to pin it alltogether – I then marked the matching points with pieces of paper (1-1;2-2 etc) to help me in assembly. It stops making sense as soon as it unpinned :-) Piece # 1 wraps around your body (mostly underneath of #5) and connects back to the gathered seam at the back (last project picture)
Hope this helps and goog luck to you, VA!
