I took the Coffee Date Dress pattern for this dress but removed the frill down the centre to leave the simple look. It is perfect with a blouse underneath for college or a cardigan in summer. The Pattern was really simple to follow once the seam allowance was added. The garment looks different when being worn compared to on the mannequin (which was a little large for the dress) and the skirt has a 50’s feel.
