Long Beach, Cali...
Doctor Who was mostly thrifted or he owned already, although we had to buy the bow tie. I found Souffle Girl’s apron on Spoonflower here and I made the dress from two matching shirts. I cut the one off at the armpits and sewed it to the bottom of the other shirt, so the fit isn’t terribly flattering and the seam is in a weird place right across my rear-end. But it’s good enough for a costume.
