I always shied away from making bags because I knew it would be a lot of work, but I always thought it would be quite easy. Now I know better. Making this bag with all that fiddly work I felt like an absolute beginner in sewing again, putting the pieces together somehow without really knowing what I was doing. In the end I have a bag which doesn’t look too bad from afar, but don’t look at it too closely!
I also added an inner bag made from some leftover fabric, but I put it too low so that the pocket now ends in the bottom of the bag.
I’m not sure wether I will try a bag again in the next time, for the moment I’ll get back to sewing clothes!
