New York, New Yo...
I had a small fashion party during my city’s fashion week (STL,MO). Every thing turned out wonderful especially my dresses.
This one is made of some stiffer cotton I found in the value section, it says “Dirty English” all over it.
So you could read the print I was going to make it plain and flat, then I got the idea to cut out the side panels around the hips and sew in ruffles. So the shape and ruffles definitely contrast with the print, but I love it, it’s fun and eye catching
(not good at fabrics) stiff cotton. and I backed the bodice with thick interfacing.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
