Description

I took a new Christian Dior sleeveless top and transformed it into a fun party dress by adding a full pleated skirt maximized by billowing can-can underneath.

    This reminds me of retro 80s fashion. I can imagine it being worn with funky accessories like large bangles and earrings. Looks great!

    Was it hard to sew in the tulle (I’ve tried sewing net and tulle before but always end up with skipped stitches and broken needles!)?
