It’s model 140 from Burda 07/2011. I’ve made it from two skirts, so I didn’t have enough fabric to cut the peplum part.
Two linen skirts. Both skirts were lined: one with polyester, the other with rayon, so the top is lined with rayon, and the skirt with polyester.

I love the color blocking too. Great color choice and I think, with the mix of colors that it looks better without a peplum.
