  So lovely to see a russian letters :) it practically just colletion of 3 letters which dont have to mean anything but it gives it a very special touch.

  Yes, it’s Russian. It can mean “a gas-flare tower” or “a rowing with violet oars” or even “state federal dapartment” :-)
