This skirt is made using the Wiksten Tulip skirt pattern which is available as a download here. I lengthened the belt ties (which are sewn into the side seams), added belt loops and a loose hanging lining. I also did 6 buttons instead of 4 on the placket and closed the waistband with 2 buttons instead of a metal closure.
