Description

The Burda WOF pattern, 6/2008 #103. For the original pattern look at the http://www.burdafashion.com/en/Magazines/Archives/103_Bermudas/1270777-1463237-1623441-1623443-1623471.html Unfortunately, I cut them one size smaller, so they are rather tight. But, my friend’s gonna be the lucky owner of them :). I made small alteration on the back, by adding trapeze panels. Also, instead of zippers on the pockets, I practiced my skills by making welt pockets. The side stiches aren’t French, I simply topstiched the seams with the orange thread.

Material Notes

Thin denim

It is very nice, it is well finished, the stitches are perfectly placed.

These look so much better than the ones in the mag! I LOVE them in denim. I’m gonna try this pattern now. Your welt pockets are great, and really work well with it. Plus, I love the orange stitching.
