Paper Bag Waist/Box Pleat Skirt. I accidentally cut it too short and so bound the top and bottom with black bias tape. I also accidentally didn’t cut it wide enough and didn’t have enough to close it properly. My solution was to install a separating metal coat zipper the length of the back. It is my favorite part! There is NO PATTERN for this. It was a tutorial from this site: http://cottonandcurls.blogspot.com/2011/04/how-to-make-paper-bag-skirt-with-box.html
The fabric is a basic black/white cotton denim purchased from fabric.com
