New York, New Yo...
12 swatches (in pairs) of different colours of denim
9″ (23 cm) of 1/2″ (1.3cm) wide ribbon
STEP 1 Cut out any size circles you’d like from the denim swatches. You will need two per circle size.
STEP 2 By pulling on the ends of the denim, you can fray the edges of the circles. Fray only one circle of the same size and leave the other to serve as a backing piece.
STEP 3 Pin both circles of the same size together.
STEP 4 Top stitch through both circles. You can sew lines of top stitching or any other decorative stitch.
STEP 5 Once you have all the matching pairs of circles top stitched together, arrange them so they overlap, then top stitch so they are all joined.
STEP 6 Cut ribbon in half to make ties for your necklace.
STEP 7 Sew ribbons on the edge of the circles on opposite sides.
