Sleeveless, v-necked summer dress with bodice darts and a gathered waist at the back. It was made from 2 extra-extra-large t-shirts.
The bodice is constructed of two pieces stitched together and turned inside out (because I have no idea how to use interfacing to make a good V), while the drop of the dress is the entire body of a t-shirt (hence the nice hem!).
The band patch was taken from a t-shirt offcut and oversewn on the edges to make it look like official merch.
2 XXL Deicide t-shirts, elastic.

Sorry ash, I only just saw this! Yes there are four bust darts in the bodice (tiny ones), and I also very slightly gathered the back with elastic – but the elastic runs right around the bottom of the bodice so it fits under the bust. I’m so glad you like it! :)

I can’t believe there are no comments on this cute dress—unless i’m looking in the wrong place?? I have been looking for patterns for beach dresses from t-shirts, and this is more than i’d hoped for. Is it just darts in the front. ? Did you gather back w/elastic, or a tie?? Beautiful
