Dress 111 from Burda magazine Sept 2009. Every year we go to a large wine tasting hosted by Decanter Magazine, every year I try and make a dress to wear. This is my make for 2012. Some sort of tafetta. The fabric has a woven design with small diamonds all over and a wide floral border. The back-ground thread is black and the woven design is gold, bronze and silver. I maximised the effect of the boarder by placing it round the neck of the central panel and on the cap sleeves.
