I actually made this dress about 2 years ago for my daughter. I think it looks good for a flower girls dress. I used a Simplicity pattern but not sure of the number. All I done was added some netting and flowers on the top. I bought cheap fake flowers and pulled the petals aloose. The netting is folded with the flowers in the middle. I was inspired by a dress I saw at a local flea market that was priced at $80.00. Why pay that when I can make it for less than $15?
Netting, fake flower petals, bargain store material (a type of fake silk) maybe polyester. I'm not sure.
