Colorful stretch knit dress made from Simplicity 2580. Since it was date night I chose to shorten the hem a bit. ;-)
The dress is faced but I serged a rolled narrow hem on the dress. I was experimenting.
The fabric came forn JoAnn’s on sale. I think I invested about $3 in this dress. I added a 25 cent coin to the dress by sewing a small pouch inside the drape to help the neck line hang where I wanted it.
She liked this dress a lot so I made 3 others in solid color knits fabrics.

Flattering frocks, ornamental grasses, a great pair of legs, and you for a husband! How does one individual amass all of that, and in Ohio, no less?
At least I have ornamental grass.
