This pattern is lovely to sew up, and is pretty adaptable too! I had to grade this up to a size 60 (I’m regularly an AU 26). I plan on rotating the neckline darts around somewhere to get rid of them and making a straight forward non dart dress too. I removed the hemline darts because I felt like I was going to trip over but sewed them into my muslin and they were cute, I just felt more comfortable not including them.
I used a knit because I wanted a comfy dress, but plan on sewing up another dress in a stiffer fabric to really show off the tailoring.
