Burda Style For people who sew

Finally, here’s my Kasia. I love this skirt. The fit is perfect, it’s a jeans skirt but still kind of classy since high-waisted. I actually wore it to the office today. I did not change a thing except that I reinforced the vent. I also think I’ll apply two hidden buttons between the waistband and the upper border of the front pocket. I used the selvedge so as not to have to neaten the seam allowances of the back seam. I’ll upload pictures of the skirt worn as soon as I find someone to shoot them.

Wow, sieht wirklich total schick aus. Mein Kasia liegt immer noch in Einzelteilen ganz unten in der Stoffkiste … mal sehen wann ich ihn wieder anrühre.

Oh Mann, da ist er ja! Sieht toll aus, das Futter ist süß :) Bin gespannt auf die Fotos, wenn du ihn an hast! Ich komm mir so schäbig vor, hab den Kasia nicht wieder angerührt … aber innerhalb der nächsten 2 Wochen schaffe ich es hoffentlich ;)
