I was so inspired by MadeinAmandine’s sailor pants from Burdastyle Magazine’s 4/2012 issue, pattern #125. Her pants came out so nice I had to make a pair of my own. One of the winning points with this pattern is that it is in petite sizes. The waist and hips were a perfect fit cut in size 17. Plus this was sooo easy to make. Extra points! Anyways, I did have to take in the inner leg seams because they were too wide. However, that was my only major concern and MadeinAmandine also pointed it out she had to do that as well.
I have been so used to wearing skinny jeans and pants but this wide legged version is so comfortable I can’t wait to wear it out.
