When I saw this fabric, I knew I had to make some pretty cute summer top out of it!
My inspiration for this top was the “based on” pattern (many people have made the dress version), but I drafted the pattern myself, and finally it’s pretty different.
I made princess seams that end in the neckline, and added the ruffled peplum.
I had planned on sewing more lace, but finally I like it like that!
The only thing is that my bust look like a V, it’s a little weird. But I like it anyway!
