Description
Cynthia Rowley skirt super easy. This is the second one I made. I got this knit fabric from a thrift store for $3.95 for 4 yards. First I made a top then decided to make this skirt again. This time I lined the skirt. The pattern does not call for a lining, but it did make a difference with this fabric. The knit is bulky, but you can see right through it. It’s perfect for a cool day with tights. I love this pattern!
