I made the jacket with a really thin tan cotton and lined it with a thicker calico to give it structure. I really took my time and looked at the instructions and I think its one of the best peices I have made for myself.

Great job! I have this pattern also. You have inspired me to make the jacket. I saw a high end version of this jacket online in leather for approx. $700. Your version looks beautiful and less expensive…I bet.
