I used Cynthia Rowley’s 2578 pattern and an old 1970s bedsheet I got from the Salvation Army for .99 cents. I’m sort of in a 70s vibe right now so I’d thought I would try out one of my contemporary patterns and give it a vintage twist. The print is very difficult to photograph in true colors, it’s a bit faded from age, but isn’t that bleached as it seems in the pictures. My Sewing Blog Vintage Bobbin

I love this! I am working on my second version of this dress in a Liberty of London print – wish I would of run across this first! an amazing dress for .99 worth of fabric – kudos to you!

I just bought this pattern. You did a great job! I am going to attempt to make the long sleeve version with a blue and white patterned fabric.
