Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I received the pattern for this dress with a magazine & thought I’d give it a go. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would and I had a lot of fun making it & look forward to making a few more in some different fabrics. This dress is made with a large pink rose print cotton fabric that I found, and has plain red cotton lining the bodice. It has a peter pan style collar which gives it a nice vintage feel. It also has two fabric covered buttons fixed on the front, as well as a centre back zipper.
This dress looks perfect with a thin belt round the middle & a pair of ballet pumps.
